The preview isn’t long enough to really get a good vibe of the song anyway. It’s more mid tempo as opposed to TBDT style pop punk. It sounds ok but nothing super special yet.

I’m just had an idea that Avril could perfectly fit with Clean Bandit with her voice and easily get a radio hit. That’s my little dream) cause this group can try any sound genre and make it listenable massively.

That’s just a perfect idea Avril could ever had. I mean of course it has some HTNGU idea, but she did all her looks together, like swift in 2017. And this is a best way for 2000s decade artist, just to have a comeback on her own nostalgia. And remember Avril had an idea about all eras photoshoots....
So sad that if Avril was a bit smarter and had a good team, they could easily do that

Well, wasn't that the whole point of the marketing of the AL era? She dressed as Complicated for the HTNGU video, she put the pink hair for RnR, the lyrics "I am the motherfucking princcess", the whole 17 background, she wearing tutus and devil horns in the tour... They clearly tried with nostalgia feel during 2013-2014 lol. I always thought she was genuine with all the throwbacks, and also I prob helped HTNGU to not flop. |
