I love them, sorry. Since Deryck, I think he is the guy that fits me the most with her haha. Although I liked Chad too. I just hope that their relationship lasts more than two or three months. And yes, they may be taking advantage of the relationship to promote his work, or especially Avril wants to help him, but I don't see a bad thing either if they really love each other.

Yeah I like them too! Same thought, since Deryck (another Derek comes around haha). So Derycks/Dereks for the win lol  I didn't liked Chad, to me it looked like she was acting different while she was with him. With Mod she looks like/acting like herself. I really don't see Mod taken advantage of the situation, it just is as it is and yeah because of her he gains more popularity but I don't think that's on purpose. They seem to bring the best in the other one around! They're both happy, he worked on a succesfull album so it seems with her and she is more active on social media wich clearly is because of him because he uses social media a lot. So all positive now! |

I’m wondering why it is we are suddenly seeing so many paparazzi pics of her/them. We know they’ve been holed up in the studio for a while and CA was in a lockdown for a while, but I’d find it hard to believe they haven’t been out before this for the paps to just start taking pics now. Makes me wonder if they’ve been calling the paps themselves all this time.

Well, he just released his album and hers is on the way, they are both relatively popular (modsun for their old relationships with celebrities lol) so it is normal that the paparazzi are interested. I don't think they call them themselves, it would be a bit pathetic. They even took a pictures of Pete being completely unknown.

I don't think they're calling the paps. They're going to shopping areas in Malibu, of course they're going to be seen. I mean, how could you miss Mod's green mohawk? 😝
In fact, some of the previous pics we got from them the other day were taken by locals according to one of the sites they were published on. All these big paparazzi sites pay you for your photos and videos of celebrities as well as information on where they were seen so that they can dispatch some of their workers to go there right away. I think we're seeing them more often now because they started going out more. They had previously been on a very consistent studio schedule for over 2 months, but now that Mod's album is out and Avril's is finished they have all the time in the world to do the most mundane regular things like going out for a latte and doing some shopping.
I've never felt particularly invested in her love life, but I like them together. They both really seem to enjoy living in the moment -- Avril even has that phrase tattooed in French on her arm if I'm correct -- and they have the same occupation and all the same interests (down to both enjoying painting in their free time). Who knows how long this relationship is going to last, I think they're just enjoying each other's company and having fun.
