Avril's at least looks somewhat put together and is like her usual UMS style, but Mod has his pants practically down to his ankles and looks ridiculous lol

They do both look about 3ft tall though....! This is the worst I think I’ve ever seen her dressed lmao.

I know drop-crotch pants have been trendy for a while now but he is bringing them to a whole another level. But omg how cute are these two.

I think there's other times she's dressed worse...like several. I think even though it's not my vision of being "fashionable", her outfit looks comfortable. At least the colors match and it's not like her clothes are ripped apart(on purpose/not on purpose). They look bummish especially cause like you said they're really short 😂 but not bad bummish. It's more like fuck it I'm gonna be comfortable and don't care what anyone thinks. I wish I had the balls to do that too. But only in my home do I dare to look that way and with raggedy clothes because I'm not wasting my little money on clothes that are 5x my size like Avril or Billie. With that said, I think only celebs can get away with this shit because us regular folk dress like that and we're pariahs.
