Here I am, an actual " HUMAN MALE" No trickery, no magic, just a picture and a filter. I'm in no way trying to fool this website into thinking I am a female. I just happen to love pastel colors of any kind, especially pink and blue. I love sailor moon (you can see my moon necklace in one of my pics) and I love Avril Lavigne If I would have known that I wasn't allowed to love those things and be a male at the same time, well I guess there'd be nothing to do because that is WHO I AM... I'm allowed to like the things I like and I refuse to change who I am for people's comfort. You have a problem with me liking "girly" things, feel free to block me. Hi Moonlight. I love girly things too  Some people thought in the past that my account was a female. The first day i entered i checked in my profile "male". I reminded an image of Taylor Swift with a fan with a handmade shirt who says: "Real Men listen to Taylor Swift" back in 2008. I like Kirby and when someone sees a toy or a figure of Kirby the people ask me if the figure is a gift from my girlfriend, "because kirby is a girly thing" !? |

I might be wrong here but I think it is just a confidence issue- I felt the same about how I look, my voice- pretty much everything you can think of I didn't like about myself from around when I was 14 to just a few weeks ago. I think the cause of this was mainly bullying and just because I'm generally not a confident person; almost always I will have to rely on someone else. Recently though I think I've become more confident and changed a little and I feel more happy about myself too  Trust me, having a higher opinion of yourself is much better when you're around my age than not going to parties and family dinners because you hated how you look because I've done that and I still regret it. |

I think im always been confident. I cut my hair short, wear bright colours. Went to a heavy metal concert in neon colours  But yet i don't like my looks. I'm quite shy, wierdly enough. And i like to believe im humble. And being bullied through out all the 13 years of school, haven't helped. But I'm myself 100% anyways! |

Good to hear you were able to accept yourself! I myself still struggle a bit with that. One of the reasons I don't like pictures of myself (that's why you hardly find any of me in this thread). And I also believe you are right: some people are simply not confident but bullying makes it much worse. |
