For celebrities, getting your name on the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame is a huge honour and every year new stars see themselves publicly recognised.
On Thursday, a whole host of stars were listed in The Hollywood Walk of Fame Class of 2022 honours, including Just Mercy actor Michael B. Jordan, Macaulay Culkin, Avril Lavigne and DJ Khaled.
It was also revealed that late stars such as rapper Nipsey Hussle and Carrie Fisher will be receiving a posthumous star.
On Thursday, a whole host of stars were listed in The Hollywood Walk of Fame Class of 2022 honours, including Just Mercy actor Michael B. Jordan, Macaulay Culkin, Avril Lavigne and DJ Khaled.
It was also revealed that late stars such as rapper Nipsey Hussle and Carrie Fisher will be receiving a posthumous star.

'The panel did an amazing job choosing these very talented people,' Ellen K said in a news release, according to Variety.
'We can't wait to see each honoree's reaction as they realize that they are becoming a part of Hollywood's history with the unveiling of their star on the world's most famous walkway!'

Actress Regina King, Willem Dafoe, James Hong, Helen Hunt, and Adam McKay will also receive a star, as will the late Carrie Fisher.
Legendary Star Wars actress Carrie - who is best known for playing Princess Leia in the Disney franchise - passed away in 2016, after suffering a heart attack on a flight to Los Angeles. She died days later and is survived by her daughter Billie Lourd.
Representing the TV world and receiving a star as part of the 2022 honours are Tracee Ellis Ross, Ricky Gervais, Bob Odenkirk, The Walking Dead's Norman Reedus, Kenan Thompson, Byron Allen, Greg Berlanti, Peter Krause, Holly Robinson Peete, Jean Smart and Ming-Na Wen.

DJ Khaled and Avril Lavigne lead the music artists that are set to find their names on the famous walkway, with the Black Eyed Peas, George Clinton Jr, Ashanti Douglas, Los Huracanes del Norte and Martha Reeves also included in the honours.
Nipsey Hussle - real name Ermias Joseph Asghedom - who died in 2019 will also be given a star.
The rapper has been given a number of posthumous accolades since his death two years ago, including two Grammy Award wins.
He died following being shot outside his Marathon Clothing store in Los Angeles in March 2019. Nipsey is survived by girlfriend Lauren London and his two children.
He will be the 10th rapper to be inducted into The Hollywood Walk of Fame, joining the likes of Snoop Dogg, Diddy and Ice Cube, who are already recognized on the public monument.
