Some of Katy Perry's early songs remind me of Avril. And the way she uses her voice is like Avril in the LG era. Especially that "yeah" at 1:45

Not necessarily the same voice as Avril but I could totally see this fitting into Let Go's vibe with Avril's voice / fitting into UMS if it was a bit rockier and minus the county folk bits.
Reminds me of both Complicated and DTM with the soft mellow verses and then rockier chorus!
