Your best memory/life story associated with Avril

Aww that’s a sweet story!

I don’t have much to share like that, but I do have such fond memories of when I first discovered Avril and listened to Let Go every day after school. First discovering BA and how active the old forum was. GL was the first era I got to follow in real time as it happened. And of course seeing her live on the AL and HAW tours, those were the best nights of my whole life!

At the beginning of January, I started making alt accounts for video games and the usernames are obvious Avril references like "Sk8erGirl," "Sk8erChick," "Sk8erBabe," etc. Whenever I join a match or a guild, I type "Hi! I'm Avril!" and I'd also recite Avril lyrics. I use an obvious female voice disguise and some people call me out on it or call me a kid. I got some funny stories:

• I was making a good play in a video game, and this female player said, "Go Avril!" 
• I got online in my guild and someone said, "Morning Avril."
• Someone was asking how many I've catfished with my username. LOL.
• Someone posted on my profile: "I'm a big fan of your music."
• In this one match I kept making fun of my team because they were so bad. I kept asking, "What the hell are you guys doing?!" I also said, "Wow you guys are so bad." Remember that this is all in a really shitty female voice disguise. They kicked me out, calling me a "Crazy, man-hating misandrist." ROFL.

I also ask if there's any sk8er bois in my area. I didn't wanna forget to put on the female voice disguise, so I decided to keep it on even when I use my main identity/account. I call it the "Sk8erGirl" voice. I even used it for online classes. There was a guy in one of my groups from the semester before, and he asked, "What happened to your voice?" I said, "I don't wanna talk about it." LOL. Another time, I recorded a presentation for the whole class. I was sitting there listening to the recording and I could not stop laughing. I was scared that everyone might notice me laughing through my webcam. LOL. I was on my main account, and someone called me a "tranny" because of my "Sk8erGirl" voice and I got them banned for transphobia. LOL. 

Now...I recently figured out that I can easily raise my pitch and pass as a woman. I can even moan like one.   The only problem is that I can only say basic stuff without "cracking." I'm seriously considering trying to sing Avril's songs with it. My friend says that I'm turning into my troll persona. The best part? Nobody can say or do much without getting cancelled for transphobia. LOL.

So...yeah. I managed to turn light trolling into trans stuff. I also listen to Avril while I run.

I used to be stucked on Enter Music TV channel after school classes to catch Avril clips there. I guess a lot of us have their favourite music channel cause of such a waiting, cause Internet wasn't the main source back those times and for example MTV was still a real great thing.
Good times were... =)

Wanna say, that literally every my friend knows who Avril is (not in the last turn cause of me xD). The interesting thing is that everyone loves or hates her, don't know any of my friend who is neutral to her. Few times I even stated to some of my friends that I hate you for hating Avril (ofc it was mainly as a joke, but still...). So, at least all of them know about her existence as well lol
