Now that Love Sux is out, which song, in your opinion, sums up the respective album the best? I only included the closing tracks of the standard editions of the albums, and I put Goodbye as GL's closing song, because Alice is a hidden track and I feel like Goodbye is considered to be the true closing track anyway  Inspired by this thread! If a thread like this already exists, feel free to remove this one:) |

KHO all the way. What an epic way to end an album 😂 but let's pretend kho doesn't really belong to TBDT since it was released a year before and they probably just put it there to have 12 songs. Then i would choose Naked since it's a really great song

I voted KHO as well. She has some great closers, but I think KHO is just the strongest one.

Slipped Away is an underrated song of Avril. It is one of the most emotional songs that Avril wrote. I heard from somebody else that Avril wrote Slipped Away to her grandfather, who passed away while she was on a tour.

it's really a song to close the chapter of Goodbye Lullaby. I love Hush Hush but since that album is over the place it's not a very good closing track. If the album would be a different direction it could be the best closing track.

This is so hard. I must say it took me a while before hitting the button on KHO. Naked was a perfect way to end LG it was surely a highlight of the album for me. Slipped Away left me in tears the first time I've heard it (My English was not that great at the time and I could understand the lyrics so well and the pain on her performance - maybe because the lyrics are so poor but that was enough for me at the time).
Goodbye was ok, its also among the best one to close an album and a cycle. Hush Hush for me never felt like an album closer. It always feels like something's missing, that there's another song afterwards. Warrior is one of my least favorite songs by Avril, so there's that. and finally BOHA makes want to repeat the whole record again so it's a great closer as well.
I ended up voting for KHO because it's a song that never ages, it's a highlight in Avrils career for sure and it closes well the album.

I'm surprised to see so many votes for Keep Holding On... To me it always seemed like a bonus track stuck on the end and not really part of the era. Yes it's a great ballad, but does it end TBDT well... No.
