It is interesting to note that I think Avril referred to this song very early on, remember the posts where she was riding the motorbikes? Or am I totally making this up? I just looked back at her Instagram now and I see the posts with the motorbikes but no reference to "Too Fast to Live" Or maybe the "I need a ride or die" quote. |

I think Eternally would have been a better choice than Dare To Love Me. DTLM is not really special and I think Eternally would have fit the tempo of the album better.
Hellelujah has also grown on me a lot! And even though I just listened to TFTLTYTD like twice, the chorus was stuck in my head immediately. It doesnt really fit the album sound but I'm happy it leaked

I’d take DTLM over Eternally. Eternally is good but it’s such a generic love song lyrically, DTLM is quite open about her vulnerability and scars from her past relationships which imo is a far more interesting listen. Still a love song but a different take on it which is rare from Avril.

Maybe [some of] the leaked songs are planned for use on AL8 as a sister album??? That would make sense why they don't seem to care about some of the songs being out there, but they've put effort into protecting the others.

I mean it makes sense, the song is too good not to use it, but if they knew the song was one of the leaked ones months ago they should have used it for the deluxe at least, i hope it gets released officially along with Joker someday, even if its for AL8 but they will probably just scrap them since they are out already. |

TFTL is a quality movie or tv soundtrack song and I hope if it’s not used for another Avril project that she and her team actively try and license it as one.
It looks like they are making some after-the-fact effort to protect it at least.

Maybe TFTL will be on the deluxe tomorrow as an itunes bonus track or something. RIAA only put copyright on things that will be released somehow, this is interesting. If it's for AL8 the album must be quite close. Could be a documentary song as well, who knows 🤔

I really can’t see Avril using any of these leaked songs or any songs from the Love sux era that have not leaked yet on her next album. By the time her next album is out those songs could be 2–4 years old.I’m sure she would want to write/sing about something different by then?
