How can you guys be so sure that this Slipped Away version is AI-generated? I mean, the other AI fake songs (like Torn) are pretty obvious it’s not her, but if this Slipped Away version isn’t actually her, AI has reached another level now (despite the bad quality of this one). I thought you would be freaking out here about the possibility of this song being authentic.
PS.: The more I hear it, the less I think it’s Avril’s voice, and since the source of “About Her” and “Rain” (obviously fake) seem to be the same as Slipped Away, I’m really confused. Maybe it’s the excitement of the possibility of hearing a new version of UMS song.

It turned out Slipped Away demo was actually a song by a Russian singer who used the instrumental, not AI

I think she can put a special album of unreleased songs from her 20 years of career, and release on Spotify the best ones, like WLYG, Bright, Joker, Hallelujah, maybe some GL & AL songs she said they were really good. Not a proper album release, just put them on streaming without significant promo.

A digital career retrospective type album with unreleased tracks from her past 20 years could be interesting though |

Honestly, I think Avril owns all of her masters, she left Sony and she keeps doing all kind of business and releases with those albums. She even made the LG 20th anniversary with some leaked songs. And as far as I remember all of her music is under the label and Avril Lavigne Entertainment or something like that. If she’s doesn’t release these songs is just pure laziness and yeah I know some of you will come for me. She literally said there would be 2 albums in the LS era 😂 |
