It's hard to tell with her. Sometimes she takes the feedback into consideration and other times she doesn't, for example she did play Avalanche after the fans requested it a bunch. But asking her to do a major overhaul of her setlist while she's in the middle of touring is probably not possible at this point. We've yet to see if the setlist might have minor changes every few nights, maybe for the first night they kept it basic and once All Time Low is gone she will add the Green Day cover or something. But there's a lot that goes into planning these shows more than people realize, if she's got a bigger production going on, everything is timed and synched with particular songs, the show is choreographed to a certain degree that making major changes is probably not possible on such late notice. There's a lot of moving parts, even if her show in the grand scheme of things is not that big by comparison to many other artists. She can maybe make some minor changes like swapping out FAH for something else or rotating in another song in place of one of the lesser hits (like Smile or something), or any song that doesn't have tons of graphics onscreen behind her so they can easily make a change without redoing the visuals. I think she takes fans' wishes into account when it's possible and relatively simple to do but maybe not when there's other factors involved or she has to run it by other people like stage manager, technicians, etc.

I’m sorry but we can’t blame this on Lyme disease… if she can’t tour anymore then don’t get your fans to pay a ton of money to come see you. Just be honest and admit you’re too ill to tour - it was her decision to do it, and she’s a grown adult.
Fans are certainly not insensitive to be annoyed that they’ve spent their hard earned money on a crappy show.

Yeah I'm seeing its mostly about the setlist length which is understandable Then we all know whats shes gonna do: include Nobodys Home and WYWYH on guitar, barely reharsealed to shut the negative comments. Its always the same response that she does. Yes sad she might not bring it to Europe:( im sure I won’t hear don’t tell me or HeWast on summer festivals fans from USA have more concerts and they complain more in insta comments. All their arguments are “she had Lyme few years ago” that’s the only thing they say. Yes I’m going to this tour cause it’s better than nothing and she might not have tours anymore but anyway. It’s a celebration not just a Lazy Azz tour I like this comment on insta btw so easy and smart:

Fans, including us here on the forum, have been asking for more songs at shows and, even if it's a small setlist, but with different songs (even new ones) for years! She and her team are aware of the demand, but choose not to do it, for who knows why.
Who here remembers her saying she's too lazy to learn her own new songs? Using the justification that the tour was already ready doesn't fit in this context, I believe. A tour just for GH when she has practically only been singing this for the last (how many?) years?

Although comments are obviously public, I covered one username and posted here her thoughts. This comment was really very sincere... It reminded me that at RIR, in Brazil, she spent almost 10 minutes (if not more) backstage and just showing videos of HAW. This was one of her breaks.

I’m actually really worried about her doing Glastonbury here in the UK now… she’ll be slaughtered if she performs like she did yesterday . The crowd aren’t afraid to boo you off the stage if they don’t like what they see (or hear!)…

During the Best damn Tour she was healthy right?
But she took her amazing pink acoustic guitar, simply sat down in front of the stage and started playing DTM, He wasn't and other songs acoustic. It was more relaxing for her not to jump around and amazing for us. Can't she do the same now? We don't ask her to jump around all the time.
We've reached the crazy point of also needing to apologize or feeling sorry for asking just a bit more.

Genuine question, when did she say that Lyme was chronic and a lifelong health issue for her? The way I remember it, she said she was expected to recover 100 %. I also remember that letter she shared during HAW era, but that was when she was still recovering, wasn't it?
I know Lyme, when not treated soon enough, can lead to chronic symptoms that can really fuck you up, so I'm not doubting that in the slightest. My point is, I genuinely believe that her issues could be due to Lyme, but I'm not sure she's ever really made this clear to her fans. The whole thing is kind of a tricky subject, though. I'm all for her NOT having to share such personal stuff about her state of health; I wouldn't want to either if I was her. And then there's also the possibility that she hasn't even realized how much Lyme has actually damaged her, that she's in some sort of denial. That would explain why she talks the way she does about touring, drinking, partying, etc., like it's all cool and fun, yet her performances for the past decade have usually been mediocre at best.
At the same time, as others have mentioned, it's just disrespectful to keep delivering such low quality performances. Ever since Lyme, her energy and especially vocals just haven't been the same, apart from a few performances here and there. It's been years now, and I feel like we've really reached a point where this can't be ignored or excused any longer.
Of course, this is all speculation, none of us truly knows how much Lyme is still affecting her. But it's clear that her shows just haven't been good in the past couple of years, that she keeps struggling with her stamina and often looks tired or bored. Whatever the reason, if she wants to conitnue touring, she needs to adapt her shows, then. Adjust the setlist, don't have one high-energy song after another; wear something more comfortable and stick to one outfit per show; stop running and jumping around; just save energy wherever possible. And I think she also really needs to re-train her voice, maybe start using vocal techniques here and there that are less demanding, and she definitely needs improve her breath control, too.

She only sang Avalanche because the song reached #1 on Brazil iTunes, and she would earn money from it, so she "listened" to her fans. I don't believe this is genuine listening.
However, if these requests came from polls or Instagram posts, she would ignore them. She claimed to be oblivious about the Tyga incident in the interview, but that wasn't true, as she had closed her Instagram comment sections at that time. This suggests she was aware of what people were commenting there.
