The song itself might be boring (I feel the same), but The live performance is sooooooo perfect. That performance was okay, but it doesn't compare IMO to the performances I witness of Leona Lewis especially the song she covered "HURT"take a look. I know this is going off topic I actually might make a thread based on best live performances what do you think?  When will Avril? <Edit> BrendanI mean, she certainly had the potential in TBDT era, for example that When You're Gone performance in 2007 MMA, but since GL...  I'm no expert in listening to these things, just happened to click on Adele's performance when I searched Adele's "Hello" in youtube. TBH Leona Lewis or Adele, since I don't have the ability to compare their singing because I can't sing, I just watched in awe at both of their performances. (I had never listened to this song "Hurt" before, so had to listen to her studio version & search the lyrics, and also listened to the original version by Nine Inch Tails and Johhny Cash's version.) And about that thread, why not? That would certainly make a popular thread. |

Such a powerful voice. What a song Her low notes are magnificent but sadly her weakness of her voice, that she can't go high like my vocal queen Leona.  But her tones and textures what makes Adele so great a bit overrated but still. |
