Paramore

I must say I'm disappointed it's not my style at all. I'll give it a few more listens because Paramore is one of my favorite bands ever - and hopefully it will grow on me.
I miss the Riot sound.. That was sooooo good

Like I said here the day Hard Times released, I like how the depressing lyrics contrast with the upbeat tune. It kind of feels like a millenial expression of depression that you see on social media all the time (the defeated, but outwardly upbeat/almost sarcastic tone - basically 😂🔫 in song form). It's a great complement to some of their other more serious songs that tackle depression like Last Hope. Oh yeah, and it helps that the song sounds amazing and the music video rules.

One week later and I can't say enough good things about this song. Without even hearing the rest of their album, I'm thinking/hoping it has a decent chance of winning a Grammy for best rock song. Yes, I know that this post makes me come across as a ridiculous fanboy but whatevs

I don't know. I booked via eventim and there wasn't any offer for VIP. But it doesn't mean that there isn't a M&G.
