Signed evermore CDs are finally available! I caved and ordered one before they sell out, even though with shipping it was $32 😠I’m honestly annoyed they waited this long to finally put out signed copies, literally months after everyone already bought the standard. Such a waste of money. I don’t know what I’ll do with my unsigned copy now, maybe donate it I guess?

I never listen to chapters so I'm wondering how everyone experience those? They have no value to me.

I never listen to chapters so I'm wondering how everyone experience those? They have no value to me. I don’t either but IMO it’s a smart way of repackaging the same songs to encourage more streaming long after everyone’s already listened to the album. The chapters group certain songs that all share a particular theme, and with folklore and evermore, she’s even done chapters with songs from both albums, so it’s kind of like getting to experience them in a new way when they are grouped together differently.

Since the albums are super long, I think it's nice to have chapters. Though I don't see why Fearless needs it. It was a cool idea with folklore and evermore tho.

New video. Showcases a lot more of the song and production of Wildest Dreams TV than the trailers did.

If you’re into podcasts, I’d highly recommend checking out a new one that just started a few weeks ago I’ve been listening to. It’s called the Swift Legacy and they mostly talk about her early career and unreleased material. Yesterday’s episode was a great one, they talked about this group called the Inner Circle, which I had heard about but didn’t know much about them. They are an elite group of fans who have unreleased songs and insider info and this episode explains how they think the IC gets this material. It was super interesting!

^ Their discussion about vault song speculation for the debut re-recording was interesting. Most of the leaked unreleased material/songs are from the debut era or before the debut era. So, just as 4 out of the 6 vault songs on Fearless were previously known to people who have heard Taylor's leaked unreleased, any vault songs to be put on the debut Taylor's Version will most likely be songs that some fans already know.
I have heard some of the leaked unreleased songs. Out of the songs I have heard, "I'd Lie" would be cool because it's a fan favorite among the OG fans from back when she used to perform it live, and it would be nice for it to finally have justice with an official release. It sounds like it fits on the album perfectly. However, I believe it may have been posted on either her website or myspace page back in the day, so we do have a good quality recording of the song. So it won't be a complete miss if it is not included on the re-recording. I believe the reason it did not get released back in the day was due to the similarities it had to other song's melodies. With BMR being a brand new label then, they probably didn't have the money or means to release it despite the similarities. But with Taylor's current situation and being as accomplished as she is, I think it's possible she could release it now and just give writing credits to whoever wrote the songs that have a similar melody - just as she did with LWYMMD.
Diary Of Me would be another awesome song to be included as a vault song. It is probably my favorite unreleased song I have heard of Taylor's.
Overall, if we do get vault songs for the debut re-recording, I hope they are songs that didn't have a full studio demo leak, because even though they would be better quality, they wouldn't be as fulfilling as a completely unheard song. I know there are a lot of unreleased songs that leaked that did not have studio demos, but were just acoustic guitar recordings of poor quality. So any of those types of songs would still fare well. And Taylor could always pull out old songs that have never seen the light of day; I'd say it's possible she could use songs that didn't even have demos for the album, and were just written on paper or had a voice memo.
Fortunately I don't believe a large portion of the fanbase has heard the leaked material, so regardless of what songs could end up as vault songs, most fans should get the experience of a brand new song. And fortunately for Taylor, over time the leaks stopped. I think one song that leaked is believed to be from the Speak Now era, but other than that song, I don't think any songs from Speak Now onward have leaked. I really hope all the albums get vault songs.

I definitely think all the re-recordings will have Vault songs in order to further devalue the originals.
I've personally not heard many of her early unreleased songs just because there are so many of them, most are poor quality, and a lot of them you can only get by downloading some sketchy file from some sketchy website that will probably give your computer viruses so I've just never bothered. I think Taylor probably either isn't aware most of her fans have heard these early demos, or she does realize that, but most of her mainstream fans won't have heard them. And as we saw, she did make some tweaks to the Vault songs anyway, so even if some have heard them, she has more license to tweak those and rework them.
If she's gonna do roughly 5-6 Vault songs for the debut album, I think Dark Blue Tennessee might be a strong contender given how many people really love it. I think I'd Lie was released officially as a bonus track on the Best Buy edition of the album, but I've heard that's not true. A lot of people are wondering if she will re-record anything from the Beautiful Eyes EP, perhaps those might go on the debut as well, but not as Vault songs.
I hope Lucky You will be featured as a Vault song on the debut, simply because it was the first song she ever wrote and I think it would be a cool way for her to come full circle. But granted the writing is not the best and it was cute when she sang it as a tween, but I'm not sure how she would manage to sing it now being 30+ years old and not sound totally cringey.
The songs she ended up choosing for Fearless were really out of left field IMO, I was really expecting her to put something like Permanent Marker on, but I had never heard of any of those songs and I think there were a few that had never been heard even in demo form, like Mr. Perfectly Fine. There are so many choices she could put on for the debut, so it's hard to say what she'll choose. I think Dark Blue Tennessee is a strong contender though. I would also love to hear Spinning Around, Your Face, and Your Anything.

If Scooter and BMR still had direct control over her masters and hadn't sold them, does anyone think they would have released the demos of the vault songs to compete with the re-recorded albums?
I don't think Shamrock would have any intention in doing such a thing.

http://instagram.com/p/CQRUBXtjZXT Red is the next re-recording! 30 songs including the 10 minute version of All Too Well! I’m surprised she is waiting until November to drop it though and I’m confused as I thought for sure with all her hints that 1989 would be the next one. I would think she’d want to release her biggest albums first in order to start capitalizing on her masters ASAP. And why announce in June for freaking November? Will we get a single before then? What about 1989? It’s definitely done already since Wildest Dreams was used in the Spirit movie. Thrilled with the news, just not thrilled about waiting FIVE months lol Excited about the 30 songs though and finally the 10 minute version of ATW! So do we think Avril will have her new album out before Red (Taylor’s Version)? 🤡🤡🤡

Time to speculate what songs will be from The Vault!
I feel like she will record her versions of Better Man and Babe, even though those technically aren't unreleased. Perhaps we might hear Battle as well, though it's unknown which album that was for. I think the 10 minute version of ATW will be its own track, alongside the original. I also wonder if she'll include the songs she did for The Hunger Games since she re-recorded Today Was a Fairytale. I'm hoping she'll also re-record the acoustic version of State of Grace that was on the deluxe album. But basically the standard songs were 19 if you count the 16 from the standard and 3 bonus tracks from the deluxe. So that leaves about 11 others, let's say she does re-record the 2 Hunger Games songs, Better Man, Babe, Battle, 10 minute ATW, that leaves about 5 other tracks that could be Vault songs I guess, which is about in line with what she put out for Fearless with 6 Vault songs.

Some fans online were thinking that the Hunger Games tracks wouldn't be on it due to not being under the BMR label. We know Today Was A Fairytale was under BMR, but her song Crazier was under Disney. But everywhere online that I've seen shows BMR as the label for the Hunger Games tracks. Nevertheless, if they are to be included on a TV album, I think she would put those with Speak Now rather than Red, as they were released within the Speak Now era. I don't expect them to be on Red.
And I think Sweeter Than Fiction would be included on Red. This may be an unpopular opinion, but I think it fits Red more than 1989. Not only was it's release within the Red era, but I think it's sound is closer to the few pop songs on Red than it is to anything on 1989.
I don't think Better Man or Babe will be recorded, as she gave those up, and out of respect for those artists, she would stick to only performing those songs live. As far as songs that she's written but released herself, I would love for her to record You'll Always Find Your Way Back Home. I doubt that song was an album reject, and probably more-so written specifically for that movie, but it would still be so cool to her sing on that song.
And technically she has not revealed which song in particular will be the 10-minute long song, but it's highly doubtful that it will be any other song than ATW. And I think it will be the only version of the album, rather than have a 5 minute and 10 minute version on the same album.
With her wording "This will be the first time you hear all 30 songs that were meant to go on Red." it makes me skeptical that any soundtrack songs will be included, as they don't fit the bill as originally "meant to be on Red".
I expect to see the original 16 tracks + the 3 deluxe tracks + State Of Grace (Acoustic) + Sweeter Than Fiction + Ronan + 8 Vault Tracks

Oh yeah I forgot about Ronan.
Hard disagree about Sweeter Than Fiction though. It is SO 1989 sounding, it sounds absolutely NOTHING like Red. I’m not even sure how anyone would think that honestly. It was produced by Jack, who worked on 1989, so it definitely wouldn’t work on Red. Sorry but a huge disagree on that. I’d absolutely HATE IT if she put it on Red, it doesn’t fit the vibes at all!
I understand her wanting to respect the artists that she gave Better Man and Babe to but they would be part of the 30 songs originally meant for Red and I think she will re-record them. Especially ever since her performance at the Blue Bird, fans have wanted a good quality recording of Better Man.
The only reason I think there will be 2 versions of ATW is because the re-recordings have to be as close to the originals as possible. A 10 minute version isn’t the same. It would only increase the value if she actually did both versions.
The songs she records in between eras is debatable what era they belong to, but I think of Hunger Games belonging more to Red era than Speak Now, since it came out in 2012 and she already adopted her new hairstyle by then.
