Avril doesnt take her social media thing seriously and so do we. Come on.... "Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we."

Guys, it's not just her decision, she's got a team and most importantly the label has a bigger voice on when and what to release... we have no idea what's going on behind the scenes, but the fact that we know the album will be out in February is already something
Maybe they'll tell us some things that happened during this time and why the album is being released in February 2019 and not earlier once it's out... if not, it's still fine, we'll have new music to listen to Her team and label has changed 3 times with the last 3 albums... no modern day artist puts out a single and waits 5 months to put out the album, at least not by the label’s choice. It is clear Avril was very indecisive when making the album... the producer changes were her idea. In a day where labels want to churn out content constantly, I cannot fathom why Avril wants to wait 5 months to release the album... we haven’t seen mic pics in months (Bonnie McKee was the last), so the album is clearly done. The photos have been edited for months... what the fuck is the hold up?

Her silence is really the worst part cause all we can do is speculate, but honestly another “letter” at this point would be annoying as well ahaha
All I hope for now is the announcement of a date, official announcement of the name of the album on her social medias/site, cover and tracklist and pre order!

How do you know it was her idea?
Maybe they'll tell us what's going on now once the album will be released, but at least we know it'll be out in February so... even if there are still 3 months, we have a month to look forward to now

I'm thinking december,1st we have some news. I don't know why but she seemed to post "interesting" stuff on Saturdays. I might be wrong. I don't mind her changing some things on the albums as long as she respects her deadlineas from now on. I'd rather listen to something she wants to instead of something the label want. I mean, when it's forced we know what happens.

At the time in september, when they released HAW it would only have been 3 months between the lead and album. If it was true that the album was due to release in december. And a couple more months to wait, after years of waiting is not that much

New interview with VOGUE Germany: m.vogue.de/lifestyle/artikel/interview-avril-lavigne?fbclid=IwAR3dddsiUpqS-Q84en0D5PzRmV3TYMF0fkhyp26uz7qwjEvzZ6l-h-3SPrIOn the new album (Translated into English by Chrome): Vogue: Five years have passed since your last album was released. Is it easy for you to take a new direction after this time? Avril Lavigne: First of all, I wanted to return to my roots. But you probably do not mean the skater girl times ...Exactly not exactly, but simple, honest music. Not too much production, only the raw instruments. Lots of piano, a bit of drums, mainly my pure voice. Okay, but of course I still like a bit of rock 'n' roll, there is also a track with noisy electric guitars. But everything about the album depends on my vocals, not on a sound that you want to achieve artificially. Maybe that's why it has become so diverse. Did you also write the songs with so many different instruments?I think I have never put so much thought into an album in advance as now. I carried so many feelings and thoughts around with me - it took time and energy to translate that into songs. I sat for hours at the piano. It was easier at the beginning than with a guitar. That came later. Basically sounds like GL 2.0 to me.

This makes me a little sad. I still think her voice sounds the best in more acoustic and guitar driven songs (or Ballads )! that’s just my opinion. Can’t wait to hear the new songs too!!
