I used IE back when I had a PC, but ever since I switched to Macs I have used Safari...Apple hardware and software are made to go together. I have tried Google Chrome, but I like Safari so much better. Plus, Safari is able to work between my Mac and phone, so everything is always where I need it.

I'm currently using Waterfox. I like it. It addresses the problem of liking Firefox and wanting to use Firefox, but not liking how slow Firefox has become with recent builds.

Safari, since my phone, laptop, and tablet are all Apple products, it makes the most sense.

Usually Firefox, sometimes Waterfox since I couldn't find a 64bit version of FF and sometimes a portable version of Google Chrome.

I got addicted to Opera back in the days the fastest computers weren't quite fast enough. In those days, Opera was the fastest. I like the speed dial function. Also,I like being able to disable plugins on specific sites to suppress ads or other annoying behavior that requires javascript. I still use Firefox because there are some add-ons I like to use that aren't available for Opera. Also, some sites just don't work on Opera. I keep a copy of IE on my machine mainly to ensure that any web pages I design are compatible. I refuse to put Chrome on any machine I own. I object to the fact they track everything you do and say for marketing purposes. I'm going to try Waterfox. If, for no other reason, I pretty much try everything. I'm going to hold off until I create a new system image on my backup hard drive. Recently I was test driving some drive recovery/cloning software on a laptop I had just upgraded to Windows 8.1. It totally trashed my system. It had a recovery partition and my files were backed up. So, I didn't lose anything. However, the recovery partition was Windows 8, not 8.1. I had to reinstall 8 and all of its updates before I could do the free upgrade to 8.1, and then install all of those updates. Wasted the better part of three days.
