Not really cooking.. pita pizza for lunch. Some left over tomato sauce and pita breads from the freezer, topped with cheese and ham

It was my sisters Birthday yesterday so I decided to make potato wedges along with our main meal which was Salad, chips (i said we shouldn't do chips because of the wedges but whatever ) boiled eggs, and hot dogs it was a help yourself kind of thing- was really nice! I made the wedges with sunflower oil and black pepper. Next time though I'll be using olive oil with black pepper and sea salt.

I cook quite a lot. Not so much these days though, as I don't have the time. Here's a masoor biryani I made earlier this month. And this one here has red cabbage.

Personally I think that everything tastes better when fried with olive oil, but I've met some people form Northern countries (like Britain) who find it too intense. So, my advice is...handle with care . And as for @in Wonderland  for managing to grow tomatoes and thyme in Norway.

Tofu "ricotta" lasagna - http://instagr.am/p/2Uh6Qlr9eY "Chicken" francese - http://instagr.am/p/2brOkUL9a1 "Chicken" enchiladas - http://instagr.am/p/2cNlpoxDAQ "Beef" stew "Chicken" parm (with some not so good veg cheese lmao) Sorry, I don't take too many pictures of my food but there's some lol. I love to cook. My husband and I have a kitchen agreement - I cook, he cleans haha. I'm allergic to dairy and I don't eat meat (neither does he) so I use a lot of tofu and seitan for my mock meats. I'm super jealous of some of these garden pictures though lol!
