It fit in at the time with modern music, even if it wasn't "Avril's style". I could've done without the undercut/shave in her hair on the left side for the video, but I still listen to this song long after that undercut/shave grew back. Please no one chuck a cupcake at me for agreeing with her. |

Most underrated song from each album IMO: LG: My World UMS: Freak Out TBDT: IDHTT GL: Not Enough or Darlin AL: YASNY IDHTT was seriously my favorite Avril song for a long time (may have had to do with my life at the time...). Darlin'...greatness! Again, YASNY, one of my faves on that album. She goes WAAY up the scale during that chorus on that (want to sing along and can never touch the notes...). I can't really argue with your list, I love them all except Freak Out, which I just like. YASNY's bridge is pure joy |

From UMS, I rather chose DTM or Forgotten but TMA is heavily underrated too. Maybe from TBDT Hot is underrated too (I love it tho) From AL i like only 3 songs and those are the overrated ones, but I think HK is more fun and creative (or viral maybe) than the fun songs from that "album" Aaaand from HAW my nominated is TMIO. It's not deserve what it gets as usual. |

I've always found Goodbye as such an underrated and overlooked track by most. It's a beautiful representation of her vulnerability. It's Avril completely stripped down and showing how fragile and human she is. Yes, the lyrics are simplistic, but it's her voice and the way she sings those lyrics that always get to me. It's one of Avril's best songs, and it's a pity not many capture it's beauty.

You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet Falling Fast Contagious Seventeen ..And more..?! :-D I love al these songs!! Other than Contagious, I feel all of these songs are fan favorites. Not as underrated as other tracks. I love YASNY, it’s TBDT Avril 100%. My problem with 17 is that the production is basically a cheap overproduced mess. The song went great with simple instruments when she sang it live for the first time, but the studio version ruined it for me with its fake instruments and weird sirens in the background. It could’ve been a standout on the album had it not been for the production. |
