what the nani? what did i miss o.O Somebody is/was offering some non-release songs by Avril for 50 bucks a piece on IG. snippets were being passed around faster than hot bread during Perestroika, because of which mods shut everything down. ah, understandable, but 50? issa scam, guess theres an audience who's ready to buy it i aint that desperate :T Edit, i just realized we're 5 days away jlghkdj  |

My personal opinion is that links to leaks, especially snippets, isn't really something illegal, and most of the time these things tend to leak from the marketing teams themselves, intentionally. Full songs, on the other hand, are a bit more problematic, even if LQ, and those discussions about who's going to buy those non-release songs, while exciting and entertaining, were technically on the level of planning to buy stolen goods. Again, the thread was fun, but not so much for the mods and admins  |

About the new interview, there's nothing new and nothing interesting for me to hear. I thought we were going to have some info regarding the promo or the singles. Only thing I could care about was that she wrote 22/30 songs. Only 12 made the cut. I'd love to listen to them in the upcoming records or in some legal way like a b-sides album or something.

Laws are different in each country. In Germany, it's extremely strict when it comes to copyrights. Spreading illegal download links (whether you're the one who uploaded the copyrighted material or not) is definitely not allowed. Heck, YouTube is already difficult enough. A certain legal site where you can read and download old books (1900 and older) whose copyright has expired has been completely shut down in Germany just because of a dozen apparently illegally uploaded books (it's being argued whether they've actually been uploaded illegally or not).
But I'm drifting off. My point is that Bandaids' and ProBoard's rules strictly say that you may not post copyrighted material or links to such stuff or ask for any of this. I'm sure they have their reasons. If you can't accept this rule, then maybe Bandaids is not the place for you.

So we had that radio interview that I found quite interesting sort from it being around no subject at all maybe because the guy was told not to speak about Lyme. But it was cool and she mentioned she actually knows and likes the Beatles which is nice to know  Any more interviews leaked? I mean POSTED? |

Guys, the staff has asked politely over and over again to follow some simple rules. Whether you agree with these rules or not is irrelevant. They are the rules ProBoards has set in place and they’re there for a reason. Please don’t insult the staff or continue to disrespect them when they’ve been plenty patient and respectful with all of you. If you want to see this forum continue and want to continue coming here, follow the rules. The staff could easily decide to shut the forum down if people won’t comply or if ProBoards decides we’ve violated their terms. These rules are there for legal reasons and it’s the staff’s job to make sure everyone follows them.

I really liked that interview, even though there wasn't any news in it. But Avril seemed clearly uncomfortable speaking about Lyme. She first said something about "health problems" and only after a bit of hesitating actually said "Lyme disease". I'm glad that guy didn't ask her to say more about it and that the interview quickly turned into another, happier direction. Avril seemed really content and relaxed then. She's so cute. I also really love her outfit. |
