I'm sorry if I post this in the wrong board. Feel free to move it to the appropriate board So I was looking up the old Avril Bandaids on web.archive.org and there was this version of Avril Bandaids (I forgot from what year) where on the bottom of the page, there were links to other Bandaids sites, such as Paramore Bandaids, Sum 41 Bandaids, Taylor Swift Bandaids, Lady Gaga Bandaids, Muse Bandaids, even a Bandaids site for Evan Taubenfeld. Well, I think that was from the early 2010s where those people were big and very popular back then. And I realized that Bandaids was some kind of a music network back then? I wasn't there when the original Avril Bandaids was really big, I wonder what happened to those Bandaids sites, so I would love to hear the story, and I'm sure other members of the new Avril Bandaids who weren't there in the old Avril Bandaids would too!  |

When BA was a lot bigger they created versions of BA for other popular artists but I think eventually it became too much or too expensive to keep up with and it wasn’t being used enough to make it worth keeping all those sites.

When BA was a lot bigger they created versions of BA for other popular artists but I think eventually it became too much or too expensive to keep up with and it wasn’t being used enough to make it worth keeping all those sites. For Taylor Swift there is one and I have a feelings only 2 or 3 people are posting there regually but a lot of people are watching and registering there. |

Sharifa's aim was to created a music-based forum and news network which would all fall under the 'Bandaids' brand, I was heavily involved in the creation and design of some of those sites, I particularly remember designing the Taylor Swift forum with Sharifa, I think we gave it a wood effect look if I remember correctly. Tried to find it on web archive but can't remember the exact URL.

I still am not sure what "bandaids" is supposed to allude to in all this fandom context btw It’s a reference from the film Almost Famous, the characters say they aren’t “groupies” but rather “Band-Aids.” As in, people who “aid” or help a band become popular. |

I remember manually adding member usernames from other forums (CrossBonez/Official and ParamoreFans) to get the member count up back in the day when I was an Admin. Ahh, the good 'ol days.
