maybe she checked his instagram to see what was going on and hit the follow button by mistake (?) it wouldn't be first time someone makes a mistake like that lol. or maybe someone on her team tried to sabotage her. 😂

It’s best that she unfollowed. He’s got a terrible reputation now and has basically turned into a nobody. Even though he gave us some great songs on TBDT, (and things seem to be heading into a much more pop-punk direction for her based on her follows, likes and such), she’s better off without him.

He’s making music and hits again, he produced Say So and Wishing Well this year and both are hits plus he’s probably working under some secret names. I’m not defending him but he’s still someone |

I’m not defending him but he’s still someone If he's working under a pseudonym I have no idea, and I don't know either of the songs (not my cup of tea). All I know is that he's not the producer he was 10 years ago when he was on the spotlight and one of the top producers out there. If he still is super successful, then I guess I'm unaware of it and it's a pity. So yeah, maybe he's not a nobody, but that amount of followers on IG is sad based on his previous popularity. His golden days are long gone by now. |

Why are people freaking out over 'for fun'? It doesn't mean he won't produce on her next album, they're just experimenting and seeing how well they work together, if their ideas and styles mesh well but with no pressure or formal obligation to produce something. She started working with people like Travis for fun too but they still had songs on HAW.

Because I think we’re all hoping he might have a few songs on her record (cause God knows she can stand to bump up her production on her albums), but from the sounds of it, it sounds like his songs will get left on the cutting room floor. Which has happened since GL with her albums, the best songs always get cut and then we get stuck with underwhelming “hits.” I think we’re all just hopeful she’ll step it up this time but his quote doesn’t sound too promising. |

I don't think we can read anything much into his statements yet. A year ago when she started stuff for AL7 she was between legs of her tour so of course it was nothing serious yet. He's just being sensible and not getting people's hopes up when it's early stages.
They have this 1 song together though and that's good, it means something already came of their "fun" together and if we support it she might lean more towards working with him if she knows fans are really into his production style for her.
Long story short: visibly support WCIT if you want them to work together more
