I doubt she's left BMG. She's clearly making a new album and didn't seem to have any problems with BMG. She wasn't pressured to made radio friendly pop hits and didn't complain about them publicly like RCA before she left. It was clear when she left RCA and her last label (was it Jive?) that she wasn't overly happy with the situation. People are complaining about moving labels now but at the time people were supportive of her choices because the music was clearly suffering from the situation she was in each time.

I thought that she did love to a different label a few months ago? The same one as Brody Jenner? Which I never knew he did music. I remember looking through the other acts and I’m sure Sum 41 were linked to this new label too?

As far as I know she didn't move labels publicly. She moved to another management agency called Feldman (not the same as John Feldman btw). It's basicly a Canadian management agency because all their acts listed were Canadian.

I no longer know if it was mod sun, pete or skrillex. LMAO. Skrillex also lives in Malibu and was watching skate videos at the time. But when Avril cooked it sounded like Pete's laugh in the background. And then she's eating with mod sun, well, a mystery.
