AL7 Album Speculations Thread

That song is surprisingly very pop considering how gothic her image is.

I don't understand releasing 4 singles before the album because then the album coming out is like the end of the era. Where do you go after? There's the tour but most fans aren't going to see the tour and those that do is usually one show.

Well yeah, but then the wait between the album release and the next era is longer too. If you release 3-4 singles before the album you are literally extending the hype to last the maximum possible amount of time. and that's good in terms of marketing and also for the fandom to not be overwhelmed with 11 new songs. 

I understand were you all guys are coming from but I'm also thinking about how easily we got bored. Haw is literally dead to most of us and it did had 3 singles before the album (maybe only 2 cause DB was realesed like 2 days after) but you get the point. 

I love full albums and I love having a lot of new things to check out like 11 new songs for instance. But at the same time I also love the pre-eras or let's say the time before the album gets released. The excitement of what's next and the waiting, the hype basically. And if you give me just little by little you are literally giving me dopamine every month during 3-4-5 months instead of diving me a christmas dinner that will make me full and will end up wanting to puke bc I ate too much. That was not the best analogy xD but i'm trying to make a point here xD

As I said, we need dopamine basically every day and quickly. If the dopamine stops then what? waiting 3 years again? Plus 4 songs it's not that big of a deal TO ME. it's like, we'll get 8-9 new songs anyways. It would be a good deal for me just to keep me hyped rather than get bored of the new era in like a month.

But as i said, i understand you guys, so that's toally ok too. Let's see what happens and what she does. Maybe she'll retire after Falmes lol xD (I'm so good at picturing the worst scenarios, aren't I? xD)

Maybe she loses her mind and decides to give Tik Tok a go lmao. Even if it's just a few videos around the time of her releases and then she disappears again, it would still definitely be an extra push in terms of divulgation. Tik Tok is one of the most powerful social media platforms at the moment and many songs have blown up because of Tik Tok last year. More and more big artists are taking advantage of the platform and if it continues growing the way it has I'd say it's only a matter of time until it becomes a regular alongside insta, facebook and twitter.

But I also don't really picture her doing it for some reason. And if she ends up doing it for the new album cycle it's 100% because her team talked her into it -- much like with all her socials, I suppose
