[TOUR] Greatest Hits Tour 2024 / 2025

I also think the general public isn’t really aware of that tour yet.
The first round got a lot of press, this one doesn’t seem to have gotten a lot yet.
I think she’ll do fine anyways, still half a year to go, enough time to get the word out about this tour.

Was wondering that myself + she just announced the tour. It’s still early.

Avril's team should reinvent this Greatest Hits Tour part 2 a little bit, not just playing with old nostalgia and use last tour treatments.

- New clothes (i think it's obvious she'll wear new clothes)
- 1 secret song each date (she doesn't have to sing non-singles songs or songs she never sang before, but playing songs like I Fell In Love With The Devil, Keep Holding On, Tomorrow, Naked is enough)
- Free Skateboard gift and bring fans to the stage (I think she will still doing it, but on last tour i don't think she did it for all dates)
- Better stage production. I hate on last tour she doesn't play When You're Gone music video in the background, but using boring graphic video (i think it was water video) instead.

I think the Christmas break also plays a major role. People just aren’t that interested in buying tickets at this time of year.

That said, she really needs to come up with a new strategy to sell tickets. After a whole year of touring, nostalgia might not be enough to draw people in, especially since, while the concert itself (as well as her interaction, vocals, etc.) were praised, her on-stage performance got bad reviews early on and only managed to climb to mild reviews later on the tour.

That kind of feedback might make people hesitate to buy tickets. A new song could be the best move, but let’s be real.. if she drops some Simple Plan collab that ends up being the most generic song possible, I’m not holding my breath. Sure, a solid marketing campaign could help, and I’ve noticed they’ve been advertising on some local TV programs.

There's lots of singles that weren't big hits in her back catalogue she could rotate as a little surprise.

Some are obviously more likely than others, like Alice if she played in Japan would work because it actually charted pretty well there but Fly is much more obscure and was a charity song for the Special Olympics so less likely to get pay anywhere

I think Keep Holding On is actually one of her biggest hits in the United States, even bigger than some of the songs she's playing officially on the tour.
