I'd switch LG & UMS and GL & HAW. The later will happen next year when the HAW hype dies off even more. Expected from this fanbase. We're the only demographic left who think that UMS is better than LG. I agree with the GL & HAW thing but not with UMS. I think a lot of other people / fans think UMS is better than LG.
My ranking would be: 1. UMS 2. GL 3. HAW
4. TBDT 5. LG 6. AL

UMS is still my favorite Avril album. I get that it's flawed and the lyrics are quite basic, but sonically speaking it's the most aligned with my personal preferences and I love that she went a bit more dramatic and operatic in some of the tracks while keeping the classic combo of heartfelt ballads and lighthearted fun bops here and there. It's an album that works brilliantly as a follow up to LG and makes sense for the time period she released it in. Lyrics like "I miss you, miss you so bad, oh it's so sad" wouldn't exactly fly nowadays, but it worked for the blunt teenager she was at the time trying to express herself with more autonomy and creative control for the first time. That being said, LG is obviously a masterpiece and a classic, so I wouldn't mind seeing it snatch 1st place at all.
I generally agree with this year's ranking. I think I still place HAW above GL because the first half of HAW has some of my all time favorite Avril songs, whereas GL was more cohesive, but still managed to leave less of an impression on me all things considered due to its shockingly bland production.
Keeping my fingers crossed that the next album gets to compete with the first 3 records. 20 years into her career I'd say it's about damn time she releases an album that is at least equal in quality to the albums she released when she was a teenager and a very young adult.

UMS will always be the fan favorite unless Avril does a real rock record with the same dark aesthetics.
I think it will be a few more years before HAW gets settled. We had years to get used to GL and AL.
My ranking this year would be: LG TBDT UMS HAW GL AL
I would have put GL over HAW but I like that the latter's production was more polished. I like real instruments but I really enjoy hearing the bass and modern beats in today's music. So more HAW songs were played this year than GL songs. But GL is more emotional for me, ahh okay fuck my list, GL and HAW are tied.

I just added Songs 101 - 127 and Music Videos 26 - 30. 'Hello Kitty' is no longer at the bottom, on the list of songs. It's still the last place video.
You will never guess the biggest loser, this year. It dropped 27 places. Two songs jump up 24 places. You won't guess them either.

The fact the HK video is even below a lyric vid lmao.
It seems I need to continue my justice for the LG b-sides campaign. Still think they beat most songs from GL and AL, Move Your Little Self On in particular.

Still think they beat most songs from GL and AL, Move Your Little Self On in particular. I like the Let Go B-sides too but unfortunately I think they are always going to rank low primarily because most fans have either never listened to them at all (since you have to search them out on YouTube and there's quite a few of them) or don't listen to them enough to have much of an opinion. They're also quite different from the music she actually ended up doing, like they're more pop oriented, and the actual audio quality itself from the YouTube vids is not great.

Take It is really good and deserves a much higher spot. I bet it's better than half of the songs that are gonna make the top 50.

Take It is really good and deserves a much higher spot. I bet it's better than half of the songs that are gonna make the top 50. Considering it’s a bside from UMS I’m surprised it’s that low. Other than the few really well known ones like IDG, Why, Daydream, IAGWIW, and Alone, I think most fans just haven’t heard the bsides enough to really have much of an opinion on them, hence the low ranking.

Yay, the first few results are up!
The album ranking looks exactly as I'd expected. I personally would swap TBDT and GL, but otherwise I agree.
As for the music videos, I'm actually surprised to see "Hello Kitty" last. Like, it's not the best music video for sure, but "Fly" and GYWYL are barely music videos at all. At least HK has some nice colours and the fun candy shop, lol.
Always happy to see "Get Over Me" and "Sippin' On Sunshine" near the very bottom of the rating, hehe. I hate really dislike those songs, especially the former. I like to pretend it doesn't exist.
I had not expected "Listen", "Take It", and "Wings Clipped" to be that low in the rating. Same goes for YASYN, I guess, though I don't mind this song being so low, I personally don't like it much anymore, it's super cheesy and Avril's voice sounds so high pitched and she really over-enunciates.
"You Never Satisfy Me" deserves a much higher spot. It's a great song, and very different from Avril's usual style. I love the clean/acoustic guitar solo/riff in the bridge and the overall rhythm.
"Love Me Insane" definitely deserves more love as well. I myself initially considered it to be one of the weakest album songs Avril has released so far; a complete filler. But after listening to it several times, I found that it actually has some pretty cool instrumentation. I love the bass and the percussion, it's something really different from what I'm used to hearing from Avril. I also think the way she uses her voice in this song is pretty great, like how she switches from breathy head voice to powerful chest voice. I just wish she didn't sound so nasal, but oh well.

You never Satisfy Me is so underrated. I love the latin vibe. You wouldn't think it would mesh so well with Avril but it does.
YASNY also surprised me with how low it ranked. I thought fans loved it despite it being on AL. I personally can't stand it. Like TamyX said it's too cheesy and the high pitched voice is too much for me. It's a song that would have been better if it was in the style of TBDT like contagious, alone, ootg.
