The c’est la vie snippet is one of the clearest/highest-quality leaks that’s come out of the LS sessions. Well it was written on her guitar with the final tracklist so it must have almost been included on the album |

Hmm I can’t say I love it honestly, it sounds a tad dated somehow and her voice is auto tuned in this annoying way. And I don’t think it would have really added anything to LS. I can sort of see why it was cut.

It doesn't really have anything to do with the Love Sux theme (then again, neither does Avalanche). But this is more like a TBDT-esque track, like a self-empowerment song rather than a breakup song. It wouldn't have fit on the album IMO.

Oh these leaks! It happens everytime a new music is about to come out.
I love "C'est La Vie". I think it would have been track 11 instead of "Dare To Love Me". 'Cause it fits well there. Maybe Avril wanted this song to be in there. Avril said she wanted straight punk all the way through but Mod & Feldy insisted her to put DTLM.

C’est La Vie is the weakest song from all leaks, as for me  super auto tuned and it’s impossible to listen. the melody is so boring. I think with all the tracks we have from LS Era it’s enough Feldman production for me, I want smth less auto tuned for the next album and more melodic/diverse as we will get I hope 👀 im so happy we got a lot of material for previous era, no matter if it’s official or leaked. A lot of great songs both for HAW and LS Eras should be released for the Special Edition Deluxes 😏😏😏 |

Another soundtrack song straight out of the 2000s. It's very Avril but if you take out the curse words it could be sung by Hilary Duff or any 2000a chick. I like it. It wouldn't fit the LS theme but if she'd added Teenage Nightmare (which goes very well after C'est La Vie) and Too Fast To Live too, it would have fit. Still, it's all very outdated for these times imho.

C‘est la vie is a cool, fun song. I like it The first seconds of the chorus remind me so much of „Grow“ (it‘s the same melody) and the riff in the bridge is basically almost the same as „Jetlag“ from Simple Plan 😅 |

Mmmm yeah I don’t really like C’est La Vie, it’s not very good. So repetitive but appreciate its not a breakup song so that something I guess. Joker remains the king of the LS leaks by quite some way
