I think even if it was going to be part of the Christmas album, why remove it from streaming though? They leave "singles" versions of songs up all the time, just seems strange to remove it. And I think honestly if she wanted to include this song in a Christmas album, she would/should re-record it because her voice is noticeably different now, it would sound really out of place to have a song from 2003 in there. I have to think it is some sort of rights thing but I can't see any reason why Chantal would want the song removed, considering she would get royalties from the streaming.

I would welcome a surprise drop especially if it's Xmas music. My faves seem to be doing it and I'm surprisingly enjoying it. But it's Avril ...songs are removed all the time.

How come no one said anything about HW on piano. That's an odd choice of instrument for this song but when she sang the first verse it felt like one of those late 90s singer-songwriter songs. Of course when she went into the chorus it felt juvenile. I like that she says it embodies Avril. She's right and she should say it.

oh wow I thought the same but Chantal wrote on it. It seemed like they were close and shared some experiences at the time. Sucks how things went down. Also, I wish Avril would talk about her songs like this. It's little tid bits but I like that stuff. But she avoids doing it. It's so weird. Another side note I hate tik tok doesn't have the player at the bottom to move the video along.
