She’s had worse but it’s not my favorite look either. I like the skirt and boots but agree the top half doesn’t flatter her at all.

I'm sorry but that outfit is just awful. Ditch Aston Martin and Vitamins. It's like they know her style but have to go too far to look "fashionable" or eccentric and never get her something that FITS her body well. I would like to see her work with a more rock n roll style brand for the next era or upcoming era or the era we are already in idk wtf to call it |

I actually think she looks good and really youthful... She's had some not so great outfits in the last couple of years, but nothing as terrible as what she used to wear during HAW era.

I know it's obvious that people have different opinions, but I sometimes still find it quite interesting to observe. Personally, I think the top half of the outfit is fine. Not my favourite by far, but I'm not mad at it, lol. The bottom half, however, is a different story. I really dislike the long part of the skirt, it just looks so weird, and I hate the boots (I've always hated overknee boots, though).
She looks quite happy and comfortable, though, which is the most important thing. I'm so proud of her for receiving this award (can you call it an award?). 
Also, she and her mom together are too cute.
