I dont care about the quantity of the songs as long as they are good... good production and good songwriting are essential, which is not Avril's case in years. Taylor obviously is not a fair comparision for Avrils recent discography in therms of the Taylor's latest album tracklist and tour setlist. We dont want Avril to perform for 3 hours per-night. We also dont want her to release a 30 songs album. She can do better, obviously. 30 minute album and 1 hour concert are the bare miminum she could offer for her loyal and solid fanbase.

I think the TTSMU tour burned Avril out… when she was writing her first album she clearly put her all into it, then she was overworked. Now I think she simply puts out what she enjoyed creating, and I think a lot of times she enjoys not creating and having a break. Taylor on the other hand I think is a workaholic, Avril just wants to have fun. Which is reflected in the quantity and quality of her music. She’ll create just enough to put out an album, and if the songs don’t come to her fast she abandons them and does something else. I really think that first tour messed her up. Her work ethic is nothing like Taylor’s
