[ALBUM] AL8 Speculation Thread

I. mean a great GH tour, one final horrau everyone cheering, and just steps away. I believe thats what MJ was gonna do with the This is It tour before he died. 2Would be a nice Swan song, but i do think this is just something different and help get hype in the US and then release AL8. Ill hold a small grudge just cuz its like hey i became a fan of this, oh shes retiring now fuck. Happens with like every TV show I watch LMAO> Why i dont like watchong running TV shows anymore. I started watching Roseanne and Roseanne Barr gets canceled and the revival got canned. 

Yeah I don’t see her stopping. Realistically, what would she do? If her and Mod had ended up married and started a family then maybe she’d do less musically, but surely in her current circumstance she’d just end up bored if she wasn’t working

It honestly bugs me that this conversation comes up just about every year or album release with her. If she wanted to retire she would have done so probably after getting sick. She doesn’t technically need to keep working but she continues to because it’s clear she still loves making music. She even just said in her story how pumped she is for tour.

As somebody else said, even the times she was married she still didn’t have any kids, and now it looks even less likely considering she’s near 40 and doesn’t appear to be even dating anyone? And even if she did decide to have a family, that doesn’t stop anyone from still having a career. As Tom mentioned, if she ever one day decides to take a step back or retire altogether, she’s earned it and it’s her right to do so if she wants to. But she’s in no way indicated she’s headed in that direction at all, I don’t know why people say this constantly.

Shes doing a greatest hits tour because it’s the only way to market her in the US. She’s near 40 and been in music for 20+ years. She’s a nostalgia artist. At this point it’s the right way to market her to a general audience because her hey day is otherwise long over. She’s been struggling to tour here since post-TBDT. Has nothing to do with her retiring.

Yeah she didnt even tour the US properly GL or ST, did so first in HAW too and that tour didnt do that well. I hope this tour makes her have a rejuvenation in the US Unlike internationally, in the US people move on from Artists quickly if thyere not like rapidly putting out stuff or something or doing something to stay relevant. Avriil is estinelly doing that here with a GH tour. Which honestly genius business mvo eto o this then right when its fresh ine evryones mind put out album. 

I don't really see Avril retiring, like ever.
But maybe she will stop doing world tours for each album she puts out, in the future tho.

And yeah, I think she's on a cover magazine run, just like last year. The videos with her promoting her beverage line and the contest for when we were young were both on the backstage of some of the photoshoots that came out weeks later.

Think it is.. she looked great in her stories, refreshed & happy.. nice to see her like that & back posting.
