Let's not forget the songs about her divorce from Deryck. No hard feelings, just a lot of sorrow and disappointment. Those lyrics weren't childish and blaming everything on Deryck. Clearly it depends on the quality of the relationship and the boyfriend. Rotem was an asshole so she's not going to circle around that fact lol. If she ever were to break up with Mod, I'm sure the songs would be sad and not boybashing.

Some of the pain from the experience may have gone as inspiration for some lyrics in Love Sux but I don't think any of the songs are directed at just Chad, whilst you can tell some are directed at Rotem and Philip Sarofin. |

I hope break up songs won't be the majority of the record. I'm done, stop, it's been 20 yers now lol.
There are so many topics she proved she can handle incredibly well (Don't Tell Me: standing up for oneself; How does it feel: deep thoughts about her and the others; nobody's home : we all know; Strength inspiration: Keep Holding On).
But if she wants to do break up songs in the style of "Losing Grip, Take Me Away, Forgotten, Together" then I think they are amazing.

Is 'Bite Me' a breakup song? I feel like her capacity for a greater song of tragic relationship has run out. I Will Be, Keep Holding On, Falling Fast, Give You What You Like, Souvenir are great songs. I consider Bite Me as some sort of breakup song yes. I really love that one tho! Also, the breakup songs on LS doesn't have to be only about Rotem or Phillip, it can be about Pete too, right? I never thought of Phillip as a narcissistic but who knows.mp3? |

My guess is that it's probably more of LS era that will leak. She probably has another 15 boy-bashing songs that didnt make the cut  |

I was looking at Andrew Goldstein's creations ( artists.spotify.com/songwriter/3cyElVe8PSF4TpMWCPDBx7) and I hope he helps Avril write songs like: I Like It Like That - Hot Chelle Rae Lowkey As Hell - Waterparks Sober, TELL ME ABOUT TOMORROW - jxdn PMA - All Time Low, Pale Waves Good Times - All Time Low Songs that are on my pop punk playlists. Avril has an incredible voice and she just needs good songwriters to help her with her ideas. Evan Taubenfeld wrote great midtempo songs with Avril. Andrew Goldstein has also written more electro-pop songs: dancing in the kitchen - LANY Beautiful Mistakes - Maroon 5, Megan Thee Stallion With a more diversified lyrical execution and sound that exalts Avril's qualities, she can be very successful with AL8. I hope John Feldmann doesn't over-produce her voice this time. |

I’d love an album with feel good songs like Who Knows, Freak Out, Darlin, and fun ones like OOTG, YASN that are pleasant to listen to that doesn’t involve boy bashing or being bratty
